38. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION FOR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANNING SERVICES CONTRACTS Approve an Administrative Correction to item C-86-26-026-X-00, for five (5) PH RFP 260029 contracts which were approved by the Board on 01/28/2026. Section 1.0, CONTRACT TERM, was incorrectly listed in the contract as “twenty-four months beginning February 1, 2026, and ending on January 31, 2027.” The correct verbiage and CONTRACT TERM should be “twenty-four months beginning February 1, 2026, and ending January 31, 2028.” This contract contains three (3) one (1) year renewal options and there is no change needed to them.
