40. CONTRACT WITH COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH, LLC. FOR RYAN WHITE PROGRAM CONSULTING SERVICES Approve a contract pursuant to PH RFP 260061 between Maricopa County, by and through the Department of Public Health (MCDPH), and Collaborative Research, LLC. The term of this contract is 03/01/2026 through 02/28/2029 with three (3) one (1) year renewal options. Services shall be provided as needed at the Contractor’s requested rate of $125.00 per hour. The purpose of this contract is to strengthen the delivery of HIV care and support services in the Phoenix Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA), which includes Maricopa and Pinal Counties. Contractor shall provide consulting services that enhance program planning, technical assistance, oversight, evaluation, and community engagement for the Ryan White Program (RWP) and related initiatives. Services under this contract may include Planning Council support, technical assistance and training, subrecipient monitoring, research and evaluation, and client/provider engagement. The intent is to build capacity, maintain compliance with federal requirements, and advance progress toward ending the HIV epidemic. (C-86-26-029-X-00)
