93. AGREEMENT WITH VANGUARD HEALTH MANAGEMENT, INC. DBA ABRAZO COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK FOR AMBULATORY CLINICAL ROTATIONS FOR MEDICAL SCHOOL RESIDENTS Approve the Agreement between Vanguard Health Management, Inc. DBA Abrazo Community Health Network (Abrazo Community Health Network), and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to allow medical school residents (residents) to participate in Ambulatory Clinical Rotations. This Agreement is non-financial, and the term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. The agreement allows Abrazo Community Health Network to provide training to interns, residents and fellows in order to become certified by the appropriate specialty board. (C-86-26-045-X-00)
