RESIGNATIONS AND CHANGE IN MEMBERSHIP STATUS TO THE GREATER PHOENIX RYAN WHITE HIV SERVICES PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following resignations to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). 1. Accept the resignation of Judith Tangie (Community Member)- effective August 27th, 2026. 2. Accept the resignation of Grace Ashu (alternate for Esmeralda Barrientos at CAN Community Health)- effective September 9th, 2026. Approve the following change in membership status to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). 1. Bradley Reece (Community Member): change in membership status to Non-Elected Community Leader- effective October 21st, 2026. (C-86-27-019-X-00)
