91. IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR IMMUNIZATION SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Phoenix Fire Department (PFD) (Grantee) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) (Grantor), for the provision and administration of voluntary seasonal vaccines to individuals 6 months of age and older. Funding is in the amount of $20,000 effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to extend term up to five (5) years. This IGA represents a long-term commitment that exists between PFD and MCDPH to coordinate the provision of voluntary immunizations to children and adults at community locations, schools, community centers, and other non-medical facilities. Vaccination programs are entirely voluntary. Receiving vaccines is a personal choice, and individuals should make decisions that are best for their health and circumstances. (C-86-27-022-X-00)
