84. TERMINATION OF LEASE Approve, and authorize, the early termination of Lease L-7290 (C-88-00-011-4-03) on, or about February 8, 2011, and direct the staff of Real Estate Services to give written notice of the subject lease termination to the Lessor, RealNet Brookwood Acquisitions, LLC. Per the lease, in the event of early termination Maricopa County must reimburse the landlord one eighty-fourth (1/84) of the cost of improvements made to the space for each month remaining in the lease.
