44. RESCIND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX NORTH STAR LTD PARTNERSHIP Rescind the action taken by the Board on February 10, 2010, agenda item C-88-10-005-1-00, that approved a new Lease Agreement Number L-7413 with Phoenix North Star Limited Partnership for replacement office space which was to be used by Maricopa County Environmental Services Department as its North Valley regional Office. The building was sold and the new owner did not approve the lease. Maricopa County Environmental Services Department will continue to identify a suitable replacement facility to service the North Valley Environmental Services needs and Food Handler Card applicants.
