65. SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH ADAPCO Approve a sole source contract with ADAPCO as the exclusive distributor for Response Biomedical Corporation. The sole source contract will allow the Environmental Services Department to purchase RAMP West Nile Virus lab test kits in an amount not-to-exceed $85,000 yearly beginning March 1, 2010 through June 30 , 2020 for a cumulative total of $850,000.
