84. PROPOSED FEE REVISIONS TO CHAPTER I OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CODE Pursuant to A.R.S. §36-187.C.3, set a public hearing for June 23, 2010 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of proposed revisions to Chapter I of the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code. The Code amendments will reflect changes to recover fees for services as required by County Policy and allowed by state statute. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective August 1, 2010. The Maricopa County Board of Health reviewed and discussed proposed revisions to the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code, Chapter I, at a public meeting held at 3:00pm on Monday, April 26th, 2010 at the Board of Supervisors Conference Room, 301 West Jefferson Avenue, 10th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona. Code revisions include but are not limited to fee changes for: Environmental Health Plan Reviews, Food Service Worker Cards, Food related Permits, Mobile Food Plan Reviews, Mobile Food Permits, On-Site Wastewater Plan Reviews & Inspections, Solid Waste Plan Reviews and Permits, Subdivision Plan Reviews, Swimming Pool Plan Reviews and Permits, Wastewater Treatment Plan Reviews, Code Variances, Mailing Lists, Records Searches, Records Delivery, Permit Copies, Returned Payment Fees and Late Fees. PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED FEE REVISIONS TO CHAPTER I OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CODE Pursuant to A.R.S. §36-187.C.3, convene the scheduled public hearing to solicit comments and consider the adoption of proposed revisions to Chapter I (Fee Schedule) of the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code and to adopt the proposed amendments to Chapter 1 of the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective August 1, 2010. The Maricopa County Board of Health reviewed and discussed proposed revisions to the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code, Chapter I, Regulation 5 (FEES) at a public meeting held at 3:00pm on Monday, April 26th, 2010 at the Board of Supervisors Conference Room, 301 West Jefferson Avenue, 10th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona.
