46. FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA FOR GAMBUSIA FISH BREEDING Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of the University of Arizona and Maricopa County through the Environmental Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,905.00 The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to rent a facility for a gambusia breeding / rearing program. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2011. Maricopa County has the right to renew this agreement for additional one year terms upon the same terms and conditions set out herein by notifying the University of Arizona in writing with the intent to renew within thirty (30) days of the end of the term of the agreement or of each subsequent renewal term. Annual facility rental is subject to change on additional one year terms. (C-88-10-016-3-00)

ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA Approve an administrative correction to the Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of the University of Arizona and Maricopa County through the Environmental Services Department for Gambusia fish breeding, approved by the Board on May 26, 2010 under C-88-10-016-3-00. The purpose of this administrative correction is to correct the Agreement effective date from July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2011 to May 15, 2010 – December 31, 2012. (C-88-10-016-3-01)
