ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OF LEASED FACILITY Approve an administrative change to agenda item C-88-10-017-1-00, dated May 26, 2010, which approved Lease No. L-7415 with Arrowsport Holdings, LLC, for 5,324 square feet of office space at 16140 N. Arrowhead Fountain Center Dr., #105, Peoria, AZ. Effective August 20, 2012, the building for the subject lease was placed into receivership (CV2012-050061) appointing Leif Walker as Receiver until the property is sold at a Trustee’s Sale scheduled for October 24, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the current lease agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-88-10-017-1-01)

25. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH COLLATERAL HOLDINGS, LLC Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement L-7415 with Collateral Holdings, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, for 5,324 square feet of office space at 16140 North Arrowhead Fountain Center Drive, Suite 105, Peoria, AZ. Lease agreement expires January 31, 2016. The Amendment, if approved, will extend the term of the Agreement for five (5) years, expiring January 31, 2021, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the lease agreement. The annual full service rental rate during the five-year term will remain unchanged at $17.75 per square foot ($94,501 annually) plus an estimated rental tax of $2,174. The Base Year for calculating operating expenses will change from 2010 to 2016. (C-88-10-017-1-03)

ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO RECOGNIZE NEW OWNER AND LESSOR UNDER LEASE L-7415 Approve an administrative change to Lease Agreement No. L-7415 to recognize CLOD, LLC as the new property owner with regards to the Environmental Services office space at 16140 North Arrowhead Fountain Center Drive, #105, Peoria, AZ 85016. Pursuant to Section 10 of lease L-7415, approved by the Board of Supervisors via C-88-10-017-1-00, the County received formal notice on June 14, 2017, that on June 7, 2017, CLOD, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, is the new property owner and successor Lessor of the lease agreement via Special Warranty Deed as recorded with the County Recorder on June 6, 2017, instrument number 2017-0411619. All rent payments and Notices under the Agreement shall be sent to CLOD, LLC, c/o Cutler Commercial, 2150 East Highland, Suite 207, Phoenix, AZ 85016, the property manager. (C-88-10-017-1-04)

AMENDMENT TO LEASE L-7415 WITH ARROWPOINT LLC Approve and execute Amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement L-7415 with Arrowpoint, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, for 5,324 square feet of office space at 16140 North Arrowhead Fountain Center Drive, Suite 105, Peoria, AZ. The term of this 5-year license agreement will commence February 1, 2021 and expire January 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the lease agreement. The annual full service rental rate during the five-year term will remain unchanged at $17.75 per square foot ($94,500.96 annually) plus rental tax. This is the second of two County options to renew for an additional 5-year term at the same rental rate.
