70. EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR ZENIVEX Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, authorize the Office of Management and Budget to transfer FY 2010-11 expenditure appropriation of an amount not-to-exceed $180,000 from Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) to Environmental Services (880) General Fund (100) Operating (0000). Within Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) reserve $180,000 within General Contingency for the purchase of Zenivex, a vector control product. Approval of this action will allow the Environmental Services Department to have funding authority to purchase a new vector control adulticiding chemical, Zenivex, which is more environmentally friendly and effective on vector abatement. The need for the FY 2010-11 budget adjustment will be evaluated at year end. Also, direct the Office of Management and Budget to adjust the FY 2011-12 target Environmental Services (880) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) for this action. The final amount to be determined in the Recommended Budget will be based on budget development analysis. (C-88-11-004-2-00)
