TRANSFER EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR ESD EASTERN REGIONAL OFFICE PURCHASE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, transfer FY 2011-12 expenditure appropriation of $3,000,000.00 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) to Environmental Services (880) Environmental Health Fund (506) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). In Non-Departmental, the adjustment will be made in the line item "Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance" line. Approval of this action will allow the Environmental Services Department to fund the purchase of their new Eastern Regional Office. (C-88-12-002-2-00)
