60. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ELECTRIC TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING CORPORATION DBA ECOTALITY NORTH AMERICA Approve Amendment No. 2 to the License Agreement between Electric Transportation Engineering Corporation DBA ECOtality North America and Maricopa County through the Environmental Services Department as approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 23, 2012 (C-88-12-014-5-00). The purpose of this Amendment is to install 11 electric vehicle charging stations at four County sites including: three stations at the South Court Tower (3325); two stations at the Northwest Consolidated Justice Courts (2033); four stations at the Northeast Consolidated Courts (3853) and two stations at the Southeast Regional Public Service Facility (2855). This Agreement is effective through June 30, 2013. Per the terms of the agreement, ECOtatlity will install these charging stations at no cost to the County. (C-88-12-014-5-01)
