A-3. SETTING OF HEARING FOR ADDITION OF CHAPTER XIV TO THE MARICOPA COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CODE Pursuant to A.R.S. §36-184.B.5, set a public hearing for September 26th, 2012 to solicit comments and con sider the adoption of Chapter XI V of the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective immediately. The Maricopa County Board of Health reviewed and discussed proposed addition of Chapter XIV to the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code, at a public meeting held at 3:00pm on Monday, September 24, 2012 at the Board of Supervisors Conference Room, 301 West Jefferson Avenue, 10th Floor, Phoenix , Arizona. The proposed Chapter XIV adds regulations related to cleaning & sanitation at "Indoor Play Areas". (C-88-13-002-M-00)
