NON-FEE RELATED PROPOSED REVISIONS TO CHAPTER VI OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CODE (MCEHC) Pursuant to A.R.S. §A.R.S. §36-184.B.5, set a public hearing for September 25, 2013 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of non-fee related proposed revisions to Maricopa County Environmental Health Code - MCEHC Chapter VI. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective September 25, 2013. The Maricopa County Board of Health reviewed and discussed non-fee related proposed revisions to MCEHC Chapter VI at public meetings held at 3:00pm on Monday, April 22, 2013 and 3:00pm on Monday, July 22, 2013, at the Board of Supervisors Conference Room, 301 West Jefferson Avenue, 10th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. Non-fee related proposed revisions to MCEHC Chapter VI include: • This code revision clarifies certain pool construction requirements to prevent varied interpretations. • No fee changes are requested.
