72. FOOD PEDDLER PERMIT PROPOSED REVISIONS TO CHAPTER VIII OF THE M ARICOPA COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CODE Pursuant to A.R.S. §A.R.S. § 11-251.13 and A.R.S. §36-184(B)(5), set a public hearing for May 21, 2014 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of proposed revisions to MCEHC Chapter VIII (EROP Case ES-2013-007/Food Peddler Permit). Upon Board approval, this item will become effective May 21, 2014. The Maricopa County Board of Health (BOH) reviewed and discussed proposed revisions to MCEHC Chapter VIII (ES-2013-007/Food Peddler Permit) at a public meeting held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2014, at the Board of Supervisors Conference Room, 301 West Jefferson Avenue, 10th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. The Report to the BOH (that includes this case and others), which outlines the proposed revisions to the MCEHC, is accessible at https://www.maricopa.gov/regulations/es/pdf/meetings/012714staff.pdf. The proposed revision to MCEHC Chapter VIII (EROP Case ES-2013-007/Food Peddler Permit) adds a Food Peddler permit duration of six months to provide customers flexibility to either obtain a six month or the current one year permit.
