2. PROPOSED SEVERANCE PAY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT Approve the proposed severance pay settlement agreement with John Kolman pursuant to the terms of the severance agreement. Authorize the Chairman to sign any necessary documents upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This item will be discussed in an Executive Session on January 13, 2015.
