ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Per the Board approved FY 2016 Budget Guidelines and Priorities, approve allowing the Office of Management & Budget to review the following requests over baseline: • OET IT Developer Tools, ESX Server, VM/OS Enhancements, OS Windows 2003 Upgrade $54,018 (Non Recurring expense, Fund 100) • 40” Dell Monitor – Easier viewing of GIS Maps and database reports - $2,600 (Non Recurring expense, Fund 100) • John W Hock Slide Spinner and Traps – Conduct pesticide efficacy testing - $7,000 (Non Recurring expense, Fund 100) • Droplet Counting Equipment - Conduct pesticide efficacy testing - $5,000 (Non Recurring expense, Fund 100) • CF 53 Laptops – Replacement laptops, older laptops cannot store the maps and programs required for field tasks - $45,028 (Non Recurring expense, Fund 100) • Havis Dock Stations for CF 53 – Required to mount laptops in Vector Control vehicles - $9,192 (Non Recurring expense, Fund 100) • Electric Foggers – Replace gas foggers with electric foggers - $75,000 (Non Recurring expense, Fund 100) • 7500 FAST PCR Machine – Increase lab capacity to test for West Nile Virus, Dengue Fever and Chikungunya. Needed to keep with demand - $53,000 (Non Recurring expense, Fund 100) • Laboratory expansion project - Expand PCR laboratory to vacant space south of current lab.
