PROPOSED REVISIONS TO CHAPTERS I AND VIII OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CODE Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251.05 and A.R.S 36-184(B)(5), set a public hearing for June 10, 2015 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of proposed revisions to MCEHC Chapters I and VIII (EROP Case ES-2015-001/30 Day Transition. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective June 10, 2015. The Maricopa County Board of Health (BOH) reviewed and discussed proposed revisions to MCEHC Chapters I and VIII (EROP Case ES-2015-001/30 Day Transition) at a public meeting held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2015, at the Board of Supervisors Conference Room, 301 West Jefferson Avenue, 10th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. The Report to the BOH outlines proposed revisions to the MCEHC and is accessible at https://www.maricopa.gov/regulations/es/pdf/meetings/ES-2015-001_4-27-15_SR.pdf. The proposed revision to MCEHC Chapters I and VIII will allow new owners of existing food establishments to remain in business for up to 30 days while the permit application review is in progress.
