26. FY 2018 INCREASE TO EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority between the Non Departmental General Fund and the Environmental Services General Fund. This action will require the following expenditure appropriation adjustments to the FY 2018 budget: a)Decrease expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) in the amount of $198,316. b)Increase expenditure authority for Environmental Services (D880) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by $198,316. The reason for the request is an increase in virus positive mosquitos this season along with the extended high temperatures this year resulting in a longer than usual mosquito breeding season. This action will result in a County-wide net financial impact of zero. (C-88-18-006-2-00)
