FIRST AMENDMENT TO FARM LEASE WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA Approve and execute the First Amendment to Farm Lease between Arizona Board of Regents, for and on behalf of the University of Arizona, and Maricopa County (County), dated June 26, 2019 (Agreement), for County’s permitted use of property located at 37860 W. Smith-Enke Road, Maricopa, Arizona. The Amendment extends the term of the Agreement through May 31, 2029. The County’s Assistant County Manager, Director of Environmental Services Department, and/or the Real Estate Director may administer this Agreement. This property is located in Pinal County.
