22. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following budget appropriation adjustments: 1. Increase Environmental Services (D880) Tire Fund (290) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) expenditure appropriation by $600,000. 2. Decrease Non departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) Unassigned Contingency expenditure appropriation by $600,000. These adjustments will result in a County-wide net financial impact of zero. The increase in the Tire Fund (290) appropriation will allow for the increased recycling costs of tires received at the County tire recycling facility. As of period seven, the Tire Fund (290) revenues are currently $326,165 over budgeted and are forecasted to be over $600,000 by the close of the fiscal year. (C-88-20-004-2-00)
