39. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES TIRE FUND In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following budget appropriation adjustments: 1. Increase Environmental Services (D880) Tire Fund (290) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) expenditure appropriation by $550,000. 2. Decrease Non departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) Unassigned Contingency expenditure appropriation by $550,000. The increase in the Tire Fund (290) appropriation will allow for the increased recycling costs of tires received at the County tire recycling facility. As of period six, the Tire Fund (290) expenditures are currently $31,120 over budget and the fund is forecasted to be over budget in the amount of $550,000 by the close of the fiscal year.
