45. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX Approve and execute Amendment 7 of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County. The purpose of the Agreement is to set forth the parties’ respective rights and obligations with respect to Phoenix’s acceptance of Maricopa County’s Recyclables. This Amendment addresses revised processing fee changes as provided by the City of Phoenix. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement and the previous six amendments remain the same and in full force and effect. (C-88-22-037-X-05)
