44. PALOMA IRRIGATION DISTRICT AGREEMENT Approve and execute the Water Agreement between Paloma Irrigation and Drainage District and Maricopa County. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the parties’ respective rights and obligations with respect to Maricopa County’s purchasing of water from Paloma Irrigation and Drainage District for purposes of dust control associated with closed landfill maintenance, roadway maintenance, and other similar projects requiring earthmoving. The term is twelve months beginning upon full execution of the Agreement and will automatically be renewed for successive 1-month terms unless the Agreement is terminated by either party. The County’s Assistant County Manager and/or Environmental Services Director may administer this Agreement. This property is located in Supervisor District 5. (C-88-24-010-X-00)
