35. RESCIND ACTION REGARDING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH KARL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC. Rescind the action taken by the Board on February 10, 2010, agenda C-88-97-046-4-05 regarding the early termination of Lease L-7210 on, or about June 30, 2010, and direct the staff of Real Estate Services not to give written notice of the subject lease termination to the Lessor, 3101 East Shea Boulevard L.L.P., as successor in interest to Karl Capital Management, LLC. The current Environmental Services North Valley facility is located at 3101 E. Shea Boulevard (FMD Site No. 3814) in Phoenix. The county leases approximately 3,800 square feet of office space at the subject site under lease agreement L-7210. The current space is no longer suitable for Environmental Services’ use due to the location (too far south) and the condition of the facility. Environmental Services with the help of Real Estate Services is now in the process of identifying a Maricopa County owned facility to move into. Until the move in date into the new facility is confirmed and provided by Real Estate Services, Environmental Services will have to continue to occupy the facility located at 3101 E. Shea Boulevard (FMD Site No. 3814) in Phoenix. (C-88-97-046-4-06)
