50. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT D.B.A. MARICOPA INTEGRATED HEALTH SYSTEM FOR WELL WOMAN HEALTHCHECK SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) (C-90-10-351-1) between Maricopa County Special Health Care District, d.b.a. Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide Well Woman Healthcheck (WWHC) services to uninsured and underinsured women. This IGA amendment increases funding by $50,000 for the budget period July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, for a new aggregate not-to-exceed total of $650,000 for the budget term July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2015. This agreement is being funded through Arizona Department Health Service grant, WWHC (ADHS13-029502) and will not affect the county general fund. (C-86-10-131-3-03)
