BIDS AND AWARD FOR BELL ROAD : GRAND AVE TO LOOP 303 Approve the solicitation of bids for Bell Road : Grand Avenue to Loop 303, MCDOT Project Traffic Improvements (TIMP), Job Number T154; and approve the award to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bid does not exceed the engineer's estimate by 10 percent. The purpose of this project is to connect traffic signals by installing fiber optic cable; and installing dynamic message signs and closed circuit cameras along four miles of Bell Road from Grand Avenue to Loop 303.
