56. IGA WITH CITY OF SURPRISE, CITY OF PEORIA, AND ARIZONA ROCK PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION FOR AGUA FRIA RIVER TRUCK ROUTE STUDY Approve an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with the City of Surprise , the City of Peoria , and Arizona Rock Products Association (ARPA) for the preparation of a study of truck route alternatives for rock product mining operations in the Agua Fria River between Bell Road and Happy Valley Road . Estimated cost of the study is not-to-exceed $100,000. Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will be the lead agency for the study. The four Partners will share equally in the cost of the study. Funding is provided in MCDOT Planning Project (TPLN), Job Number T005, Candidate Assessment Reports. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and shall be filed with the Maricopa County Recorder. (C-91-09-041-M-00)
