64. BID AND AWARD FOR RUBBERIZED BITUMINOUS SURFACE TREATMENT Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Rubberized Bituminous Surface Treatment, FY 09 Work Order No. 30050054; and approve the award to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bid does not exceed the engineer’s estimate by ten percent. This project consists of approximately 112.26 lane miles of existing road surfaces to be treated with a rubberized bituminous material. To complete the project, replacement or installation of pavement delineation and other miscellaneous work items are required. Supervisorial District No(s). 2, 3 and 5 (C-91-09-056-M-00)
