75. TONTO HILLS DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Set a public hearing for 9:00 a.m., January 28, 2009 to hear the petition to organize the Tonto Hills Domestic Water Improvement District. The District intends to purchase an existing domestic water delivery system that provides domestic water to all properties within the district.
