I-2. DESIGNATION OF SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS 1. Rescind the resolution adopted October 15, 2008 (91-09-055-M-00), by the Board of Supervisors designating Robert Herz as Acting Superintendent of Streets. 2. Adopt a resolution designating John Morast as Superintendent of Streets. Robert Herz, who served as the Acting Superintendent of Streets under a special work assignment, is to be replaced by the appointment of John Morast. John Morast has accepted the position of Superintendent of Streets. The Office of Superintendent of Streets is located within the County Department of Transportation. (C-91-09-139-7-00)

95. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO THE DESIGNATION OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS Approve an administrative correction to item C-91-09-139-7-00 approved on April 1, 2009. The designation of John Morast as Superintendent of Streets was erroneously placed under the Improvement District agenda. This item should have been approved under the Board of Supervisors. This action corrects the error. The term and conditions of his designation are to remain effective as of April 1, 2009. (C-91-09-139-7-01)
