53. JOB ORDER CONTRACT WITH SD CRANE BUILDERS, INC. Approve Job Order Contract No. 2008-019 between Maricopa County Department of Transportation and SD Crane Builders, Inc. for Fencing Services, Fiscal Year 2009. This contract shall be effective for a period of one year from the Board of Supervisors award date. The Contractor shall be paid a fee not-to-exceed 3,000,000 per year. Market escalations in material costs may be negotiated upon written request from the Contractor or Maricopa County Department of Transportation. This work shall include but not be limited to supplying all labor, material, equipment, and traffic control for fence installation (new and replacement) and commercial/industrial fence repairs, to include but not limited to: chain link, wood, vinyl, razor ribbon, barbed wire, ornamental iron and gates (manual and electric) on an as-needed basis for various locations throughout Maricopa County. 48. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO JOB ORDER CONTRACT WITH SD CRANE BUILDERS, INC. Approve an administrative correction to the action taken by the Board on April 1, 2009 (C-91-09-146-5-00) regarding awarding a Job Order Contract (JOC) to SD Crane Builders, Inc. for Fencing Services for Fiscal Year 2009 (Contract No. 2008-019). This correction changes the original agenda language from “This contract shall be effective for a period of one year from the Board of Supervisors award date” to “This JOC with SD Crane Builders, Inc. shall be effective for a period of one year from the Board award date and may be renewed, if mutually agreed to by both the Contractor and the County, for an additional two (2) 1-year periods.” Also, approve correcting the expenditure impact to include for FY 2009-10 $3,000,000 and for FY2010-11 $3,000,000 for a total fee not-to-exceed $9,000,000 over three years.
