AB-220) Adopt Resolution AB-220 to abandon a portion of Peak View Road in the vicinity of 56th Street and Peak View Road, per A.R.S. §28-7214, by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on August 7, 1979 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Docket 13815, Page 216.
