64. CHANGE ORDER TO CONTRACT WITH PARSONS TRANSPORTATION GROUP, INC. Approve Change Order No. 1 to Contract 2009-001 with Parsons Transportation Group, Inc. in the amount of $4,000,000 for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Arterial Life Cycle Program (ALCP), Sub-Project T195, On Call Management Consultant Services: Northern Parkway SR303 to US 60 (Grand Avenue). Approval of this Change Order establishes a new contract amount of $8,000,000 and a new contract completion date of August 5, 2011. This contract shall be effective for a period of one year from the Board of Supervisors’ approval date. The Consultant shall be paid a fee not-to-exceed $4,000,000 per year.
