52. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-229) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6709 and 28-7202, adopt Resolution AB-229 to abandon a portion of Jomax Road alignment in the vicinity of 164th Street and Jomax Road which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Special Warranty Deed on June 6th, 1962 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Docket 4170, Page 221.
