91. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-240) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-240 to abandon a portion of 52nd Street in the vicinity of 52nd Street North of Dynamite Boulevard, by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of Easement and Agreement for Highway purposes on April 27, 1994 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Instrument Number 1994-0339329.
