61. AMENDMENT TO THE LPG TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PLAINS LPG SERVICES, L.P. Approve the Amendment to the LPG Transportation System License Agreement for an additional 10 years. The initial expiration of the Originally Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved License set for March 2, 2030; they have requested an extension through March 2, 2040. On February 17, 2010, the BOS Approved License No. C-91-10-106-M-00 (the “Original License”) for Plains to operate and maintain three (3) pipelines measuring six inches (6”) in diameter to transport liquid propane and butane gases over three and one-half (3.5) mile length. The Original License established that Maricopa County would allow Plains to operate and maintain their facilities in the Rights-of-Way for a duration of 20 years.
