47. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-239) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-239 to abandon a portion of Plymouth in the vicinity of 80th Street and Quenton Street by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Parcel Map for a Minor Land Division on April 4, 2003 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Book 630 of Maps, Page 13.
