46. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-148) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-148 to abandon a portion of 91st Place and Redberry in the vicinity of 91st Place and Range Rider Trail, by extinguishing the easements which were conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway purposes on November 8th, 1978 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 13267, pages 406-407 and also an Easement and Agreement for Highway purposes on October 19th, 1978 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 13225, pages 839-840.
