5. ROBERT C. ESTERBROOKS AWARD RECIPIENT Presentation to Tim Oliver, Maricopa County Department of Transportation, recipient of the 11th Annual Robert C. Esterbrooks Award for Engineering Support by the Arizona Association of County Engineers (AACE). The AACE Board of Directors established the award program in an effort to: • Recognize service to the community through the county public works profession • Recognize achievements in the county public works field • Increase awareness to AACE in Arizona • Promote the county public works profession and AACE The award was named in honor of Robert C. Esterbrooks, former Public Works Director and County Engineer for Maricopa County, in recognition of his leadership in public works, county engineering and establishment of AACE.
