103. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON HUTTON DRIVE Approve new traffic controls (NO THROUGH TRUCKS) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A NO THROUGH TRUCKS RESTRICTION on Hutton Drive from Boswell Boulevard to Del Webb Boulevard. This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents. Their request is to restrict truck traffic by establishing a No Through Trucks restriction on this residential road. Due to the support from local citizens and ARS 28-1106, the County has authority to prohibit Through Trucks on this section of roadway. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-91-10-129-M-00)
