NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON PARKER COURT Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time and 30 Minute Parking Monday to Sunday) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: A 30 MINUTE PARKING MONDAY TO SUNDAY ZONE on Parker Court from 95 Feet North of Daisy Mountain Drive to 170 Feet North of Daisy Mountain Drive (East Side Only). A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Parker Court from 115 Feet North of Daisy Mountain Drive to 215 Feet North of Daisy Mountain Drive (West Side Only). A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Parker Court from 235 Feet North of Daisy Mountain Drive to 295 Feet North of Daisy Mountain Drive (East Side Only). A 30 MINUTE PARKING MONDAY TO SUNDAY ZONE on Parker Court from 300 Feet North of Daisy Mountain Drive to 430 Feet North of Daisy Mountain Drive (Both Sides). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety, these signs are warranted.
