114. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106 (B), approve an amendment to the current FY2010-2014 five-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) in the Public Works (910) Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234), Year 1 (FY 2009-10) by decreasing the capital expenditure budgets for the following projects for a total of $32,395,000: Project Transportation Administration (TADM) capital budget by $12,950,000. Project MAG ALCP Program (ALCP) capital budget by $19,445,000. And, adjusting the following projects by increasing the FY2009-2010 (Year 1) capital expenditure budget for a total of $32,395,000: Project County Arterials (ARTS) capital budget by $4,175,000. Project Dust Mitigation (DMIT) capital budget by $3,301,000. Project Pavement Preservation (PAVE) capital budget by $19,360,000. Project Partnership Support (PSUP) capital budget by $1,677,000. Project Safety Projects (SAFE) capital budget by $530,000. Project Traffic Improvements (TIMP) capital budget by $2,852,000. Project Transportation Planning (TPLN) capital budget by $500,000. The requested adjustment is necessary to realign project budgets to more closely match year-end projected expenditure amount. These adjustments result in a net impact of zero and do not change the duly adopted budget as approved by the Board of Supervisors. (C-91-10-136-M-00)
