113. AMENDMENT TO FY 2009-10 FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM In accordance with A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2009-10 Five-Ye ar Capital Improvement Plan: Create a new project titled “MCSO Crime Lab Relocation," in the amount of $3,633,297 and authorize the Public Works Facilities Management Division to proceed with this project. The purpose of this project is to fund the remodel of Building 1916 at the Durango Campus and the costs associated with moving the MCSO Crime Lab from the 1st Avenue Jail into Building 1916. Approve an adjustment in FY2009-10 expenditure appropriated budget for Non-Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) “West Court 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floor Remodel” project (WCFR), decreasing the project by $100,000 from $3,988,794 to $3,888,794. The remodel project was modified when the tenant list changed. Approve an adjustment in FY2009-10 expenditure appropriated budget for Non-Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) “MCSO Crime Lab Relocation," increasing the project by $100,000 from $0 to $100,000.
