115. EXEMPTION TO THE COUNTY PURCHASING FREEZE AND TECHNOLOGY FINANCE PROGRAM FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM SERVERS Approve an exemption to the Maricopa County FY 2009-10 purchasing freeze for the acquisition of computer system server equipment for use by the Facilities Management Division of Public Works in the total amount of $82,651 plus tax and freight (to be determined at the time of order placement). Also, approve an exemption to the Maricopa County Technology Finance Program (TFP) for the purchase of this equipment. Funding for the purchase of this equipment is only available in FY 2009-10 and therefore not eligible for lease purchase under the TFP. Approval of this item will have a net zero financial impact on the budget. (C-91-10-139-3-00)
