46. ANNEXATION (RIGHT-OF-WAY) BY THE TOWN OF GILBERT Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-471(N), approve the annexation by the Town of Gilbert of County right-of-way within: Frye Road and Higley Road, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2276. Ordinance No. 2276, approved and adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Gilbert, Arizona on February 9, 2010, annexing certain real property to the Town of Gilbert pursuant to ARS §9-471(N). The action annexes certain County rights-of-way to the existing City limits and is generally described as Frye Road and Higley Road, being all county right-of-way described as follows: Legal description of the roadway to be annexed, identified as Exhibit "A", is attached.
