FOR DOWNTOWN COURT TOWER CMR Approve and authorize the execution of Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) GMP #6, Contract No. FMD-10-021, with Gilbane Building Company of Phoenix, Arizona, subject to legal review and approval of the final form of the contract, in an amount not-to-exceed $37,041,276 to provide general construction services for the Downtown Court Tower, Phoenix, Arizona, (FMD project #3325-07-380). This project is located in District 5. GMP#6 - $37,041,276 (NTE). The execution of the contract for GMP#6 will allow Gilbane Construction Company to complete the interior finishes and site landscaping including hardscaping for the Downtown Court Tower project. FOR THE DOWNTOWN COURT TOWER Approve and authorize Change Order No. 13 to GMP #6 with Gilbane Building Company (C-91-10-146-5-00) for construction of the Downtown Court Tower Facility project (3325-07-380) to extend the contract end date from February 9, 2012 to March 31, 2012 and authorize the Director of Facilities Management to terminate the contract prior to March 31, 2012 upon verification that all work is completed.
