51. ADJUSTMENTS TO FY 2009-10 MAJOR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM Approve the following FY 2009-10 Major Maintenance Program budget adjustments in Year 1, Non-Departmental (4732), General Fund (100): (1) Decrease Downtown Justice Center (DTCC) by $100,000; (2) Create a new project entitled "Northwest Justice Courts" and increase by $100,000; (3) Decrease Security Building (SIPN) by $155,000; and (4) Increase West Court Infrastructure Improvements (WCII) by $155,000. The adjustments have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. (C-91-10-147-2-00)
